Opt-Out Policy for Sales Calls
At Easy Care Options, we respect your preference for not receiving sales calls. If you wish to opt out of receiving calls from Easy Care Options or any entities associated with us, you can request to have your telephone number added to our “Do Not Call” list. Please send your request to [info@easycareoptions.com](mailto:info@easycareoptions.com). We will process your request in compliance with federal and state regulations, typically within 5-7 days.
Please allow up to 30 days for your number to be removed from any ongoing sales programs and marketing campaigns.
Your opt-out request can be submitted in writing or by email. It must include at least your telephone number. If you have multiple numbers you wish to include, please provide all of them.
Easy Care Options will maintain your number, and if provided, your name, on our “Do Not Call” list for five years, unless you request removal earlier. If your telephone number changes, please update us to ensure your “Do Not Call” status remains active.
In addition to honoring requests on our list, we also respect “Do Not Call” requests from the National Do Not Call Registry managed by the Federal Trade Commission and various state lists.
Please note that some state regulations allow companies to contact their own customers even if they are on “Do Not Call” lists. Therefore, if you are a customer, you may still receive calls from us despite being on a state or national “Do Not Call” list. To stop all calls from Easy Care Options, including as a customer, follow the steps above to be added to our “Do Not Call” list.
Being on our “Do Not Call” list ensures that you will not receive sales calls from anyone representing Easy Care Options.
All employees involved in outbound telephone solicitations are trained on this policy and its procedures. Management reviews this policy with employees regularly to ensure compliance.
